Prosleđujemo vam mejl Mediteranskog društva za neuronauke (MNS) koji pokreće inicijativu za formiranje grupe gliologa unutar MNS društva.
Dear Serbian Neuroscience Society,
we are delighted to announce the launch of the MNS group for glia and no-neuronal cell (MNS-Glia&More).
The ambitious idea of strengthening the MNS scientific community’s focus on glial and non-neuronal cells was born with the primary goal of promoting new interests in this field and creating a pioneering network of “gliologists” within the MNS community.
Indeed, in addition to MNS’s core mission of supporting neuroscience in the Mediterranean region, our goal is to engage young and senior scientists at every stage of their careers on the topic of glial and non-neuronal cells in the central and peripheral nervous systems. The MNS-Glia&More will provide a forum in the Mediterranean region for coming together, promoting discussion, and establishing new collaborations. We also hope to gather relevant issues, suggestions, and tips for “gliologists” in order to suggest specific symposia at the next MNS meeting in 2027.
The group coordinators are Prof. Mariagrazia Grilli and Prof. Valerio Magnaghi.
All users with a Regular Member or Student Member profile who have paid their membership for the current year can join the group.
